La lucha libre japonesa siempre ha sido una de las más valoradas por los fanáticos y por la crítica especializada. Uno de los productos más atractivos es la lucha libre femenina, también conocida como Joshi Puroresu, cuyo circuito en muchas ocasiones ocurre en simultaneo. Japón es el país en el que existen más empresas enfocadas en lucha libre femenina por lo que usualmente la calidad de los combates, en específico lo que ocurre en el ring, suele ser mejor trabajado y cuentan con más tiempo para su ejecución.
Una de las luchadoras que viene destacando desde finales de la década pasada es Miyuki Takase. La luchadora de Osaka compite regularmente en Sendai Girls’ Pro Wrestling y actualmente también es de las pocas mujeres que participan en Pro Wrestling NOAH. Ella es Campeona en tres empresas diferentes, dos de ellas en su país (PURE-J y Osaka Style Wrestling). Asimismo, tiene experiencia internacional con Pro Wrestling EVE en el Reino Unido y con Deadlock Pro Wrestling (DPW), donde es actualmente la Women’s Champion.
Pep S. Caro tuvo la oportunidad de entrevistar a Miyuki Takase. Miyuki respondió varias de las preguntas de Pep. Los temas fueron sobre su experiencia en el circuito de Japón, su experiencia internacional, su oponente soñado, sus objetivos, su vida personal y más.

Entrevista con Miyuki Takase: Lo profesional y lo personal
Pep: Es un placer tenerte con nosotros. Queríamos hacerte un par de preguntas preguntas. La primera es sobre tus inicios. ¿Cuándo decidiste convertirte en luchadora profesional?
Miyuki: Mi debut fue en enero del 2017 pero la primera vez que me plantee ser luchadora fue tres meses antes. Estuve en un show de Actwres girlZ y se me acercaron a preguntarme si quería probar lucha libre. Una luchadora me vio y me dijo se ve que te gusta, ¿por qué no lo pruebas? Y desde entonces no me he detenido.
Pep: Perfecto! Y te hemos visto competir en diferentes empresas de Japón. Claro, mencionaste Actwres girlZ. Pero también te hemos visto en Sendai Girls, en Pro Wrestling WAVE, Marvelous, PURE J, (Pro Wrestling) NOAH.
Entonces, queríamos preguntar por tu visión de la escena local. ¿Sientes que en tu experiencia ha habido una evolución?
Miyuki: Más que una evolución de lo que era antes y lo que es actualmente, cada compañía tiene un público diferente. Y por eso tienes que enfocarte a lo que cada compañía busca específicamente de ti.
Por ejemplo, en Sendai Girls siempre tienen una imagen más profesional. Que la gente sabe a lo que va. El público no se queda callado. Siempre está muy ruidoso alentando. Todo el escenario y la producción es más profesional. Todo se ve muy serio. El público quiere ver lucha libre de más alto nivel. La gente va a ver lucha libre de la forma más potente, más fuerte y acción más agresiva.
Y luego otras empresas como WAVE son más familiares. La gente va a reírse y a pasárselo bien. No necesariamente esperan ver lucha libre con mucha acción sino un espectáculo. Tienes que hacer algo diferente. Van muchos niños. Van muchas familias enteras. Incluso va gente que nunca había visto lucha libre antes.
El trabajo del luchador no solo es crecer como luchador sino adaptarse a lo que va pidiendo el público. Eso es lo que más he visto. Más que la escena evolucione. Cada compañía tiene una cosa diferente. Un público diferente y es tu trabajo como luchador adaptarte a cada escenario.
Pep: ¡Perfecto! Es parte de ser un luchador profesional saber que cada empresa tiene un enfoque diferente. Y, por ende, un público diferente al cual quiere llegar. El luchador tiene que saber adaptarse a que es lo que el público quiere. Es una importante reflexión de Miyuki. Muchas gracias por eso.
Queríamos saber también, de los muchos que tuviste, ¿cuáles consideras tus momentos favoritos y combate favorito del 2023?
Miyuki: Mi momento favorito y mi combate favorito del año pasado fue cuando competí en DPW contra Emi Sakura. En esa oportunidad gané el combate y me convertí en Campeona de la empresa. Fue un momento muy especial para mí.
Pep: ¡Perfecto! Muchas gracias por mencionar justamente ese momento porque eso enlaza con mi siguiente pregunta.
Tu comenzaste a competir en 2022 en DPW, Deadlock Pro Wrestling, en Estados Unidos (América). En diciembre del año pasado venciste a Emi Sakura en un combate por el Campeonato Mundial Femenino. ¿Qué sientes tu representando como Campeona a una compañía americana?
Miyuki: Hasta ahora no había caído en cuenta de que en este caso soy Campeona de Estados Unidos y no de Japón. Eso conlleva otras responsabilidades diferentes pero me hace muy feliz que una empresa de allá confiara en mi.
Me alegra poder llevar el cinturón conmigo. Ahora estoy expectante siempre sobre cuando será la siguiente lucha allá. Me pregunto quién será mi próximo rival. Es algo que al principio parece normal pero cuando lo piensas estando en el otro lado del mundo te llena de mucha alegría. Pensar que no solo estás mostrando tu estilo de lucha libre japonesa a muchos fans que no lo conocen. Y también vas a poder conocer un montón del país al que vas, lo cual es una experiencia maravillosa.
Pep: ¡Genial! Al final la lucha libre es un intercambio cultural. Hay tantos estilos.
Se practica en tantas formas diferentes en todos los países del mundo. Y tú como persona das un poco de ti a la compañía. Y como Campeón es un dar y recibir. Porque la empresa te permite mostrar tus habilidades como luchador a un público que quizás no te conocía. Y al mismo tiempo tu le das visibilidad a la empresa ya que tus fans que antes no conocían la empresa la conocerán.
Si puedes coméntale esto último que mencioné. Por ejemplo, en NOAH vemos a los luchadores con sus diferentes cinturones. Son cinturones de diferentes empresas. En especial las luchadoras (Joshi). Hemos visto a Miyuki con los 3 Campeonatos. A Takumi (Iroha) con el Campeonato de RCW que es de España. Eso me parece buenísimo para todas las partes involucradas.
Miyuki: ¡Si! Eso es cierto.
Pep: La siguiente pregunta es que en Estados Unidos también compites en Sukeban, una empresa un poco diferente. Ahí adoptaste el personaje de “Queen of Hearts”. ¿Qué podrías contarnos de esta experiencia?
Miyuki: El productor de las luchas en Sukeban es muy fan del anime y del manga en general. Siempre quiso buscar luchadoras japonesas y que tuvieran un estilo visual diferente o llamativo para su empresa.
Y cuando yo llegué a la empresa, antes de debutar, me dijeron que mi vestuario se parecía mucho al de la “Reina de Corazones (Queen of Hearts)”. Entonces, empezaron a llamarme “Reina de Corazones (Queen of Hearts)” y se quedó como mi nombre en la empresa.
Pep: Pues si. Le queda perfecto ese nombre a Miyuki. La “Reina de Corazones” o “Queen of Hearts”.
Además de Estados Unidos, el año pasado también competiste por primera vez en Europa. Eso fue en (Pro Wrestling) EVE en Reino Unido. Volverás en junio, pero con Haruka Umesaki como Luminous. ¿Cuáles son tus expectativas para esta nueva gira en Europa?
Miyuki: Cuando yo estoy sola me enfoco mucho en mi fuerza y en mis movimientos fuertes. Soy una luchadora poderosa y grande. Haruka es más rápida y técnica, le gusta más esa parte de la lucha libre.
Entonces, cuando estamos juntas, intentamos apoyarnos y complementarnos. Cuando yo necesito algo de velocidad o ella algo de fuerza, nos apoyamos entre nosotras. Además, que en nuestra vida privada nos llevamos muy bien. Hacemos cosas juntas. Entonces, cuando estamos juntas en el ring. Sabemos que lo vamos a pasar bien.
Es más como un desafío personal. Ver quien entretiene más o quien lo hace mejor. Pero en el fondo siempre es intentar disfrutarlo, ya que nos llevamos muy bien juntas. Tengo muchas ganas de ya estar con ella en Europa y que los fans disfruten con nosotras.
Pep: De hecho, las hemos visto mucho por redes sociales compartiendo momentos juntas. Hace poco las vimos con un tigre en un zoológico. ¿Tienen planes turísticos pensados para esta visita al Reino Unido?
Miyuki: Me gusta muchísimo Harry Potter. Si tengo tiempo me encantaría visitar algún lugar donde se grabaron escenas de la película.
Pep: Ojalá tenga al menos tiempo para ir a la estación King Cross. Ahí hay una replica del andén de la estación 9 ¾ para que pueda tomarse la foto.
Miyuki: Cierto, ahí está el lugar donde se toman las fotos. ¡Gracias!
Pep: Continuando por Europa, hay otros países donde luchadores japonesas han participado como España y Francia. Takumi Iroha es Campeona Mundial en España. ¿Tienes algún interés en competir en otros países de Europa?
Miyuki: Si. Me gustaría mucho ir a España. Nunca he estado en ninguno de esos países. Y se que hay muchos luchadores por allá con los que me gustaría luchar.
Pep: ¡Buenísimo! Ojalá podamos verte por aquí también. Ahora vayamos al plano personal. Quería que nos cuentes como es un día normal en la vida de Miyuki Takase.
Miyuki: Pues es un día en el que no tengo lucha programada (riéndose). Normalmente por la mañana si no tengo una lesión u otra cosa me despierto y entreno. A veces me da pereza pero igual tengo que hacerlo (riéndose).
Luego, en cuanto termino, intento disfrutar un poco de mi tiempo libre. Jugar videojuegos o ver alguna película. Luego, al medio día, si no tengo nada pendiente después de comer intento pasar mi tiempo libre paseando o jugando con amigas.
También algún entrenamiento para mantener el cuerpo fresco. Estiramientos por ejemplos. Y si tengo alguna lucha pronto, en especial un combate importante, voy a entrenar lucha libre.
Y por las noches normalmente, me siento junto al ordenador, después de cenar y me pongo a diseñar un poco mi merchandising. Camisetas, retratos, llaveros y demás.
Pep: ¡Genial! Es un día bien completo. Por esto que nos acaba de revelar Miyuki, ahora sabemos que ella lo diseña. No todos los luchadores diseñan su merchandising.
Creo que mencionaste lo de ver películas, ¿eso cuenta como un hobby que te gusta hacer? ¿Nos contarías cual fue la última película que viste?
Miyuki: La última película que vi fue la versión animada más reciente de Conan (riéndose).
Pep: ¡Perfecto! Es algo que muchos luchadores me han contado que hacen en su tiempo libre. Tratan de ver una película o una serie. Es algo que pueden hacer en cualquier momento y que les entretiene.
Miyuki: Sí, en mi caso es igual.
Pep: ¿Tienes algún otro hobby o algo que te guste hacer en tu tiempo libre? Además de lo mencionado.
Miyuki: Mi hobby es practicar snowboarding.
Pep: Perdona que no recuerdo la situación geográfica en Japón. ¿Eso se puede practicar en Osaka?
Miyuki: No, en Osaka no se puede (riéndose). Allá no hay nieve. Lo que hago es tomar un bus porque es un lugar bastante lejano al que tengo que ir para practicarlo.
Pep: Te entiendo. Eso es parte de hacer lo que nos gusta. A veces cuesta. ¡Muchas gracias por compartirlo!
Te hemos visto competir más recientemente en Pro Wrestling NOAH. Es una compañía históricamente centrada en lucha libre masculina. Pero ahora vemos que hay más combates e historias femeninas. Te vimos más recientemente en esta rivalidad con Great Sakuya y con Marigold. ¿Qué podrías contarnos sobre tu trabajo en NOAH?
Miyuki: Es cierto que la primera vez que me dijeron para competir en NOAH me quedé sorprendida. Me pregunté a mi misma: ¿NOAH hace lucha libre femenina? ¿Es algo nuevo o es algo temporal? Lo mismo le pasó a mi oponente en ese momento. Empezó muy lento.
Pero cuando llegó el momento y competí ahí el público estuvo animándome. Corearon “Takase! Takase!”. Y me di cuenta de que realmente estaban disfrutando el combate. Estaban prestando atención. No era que solo lo veían porque sí. A partir de ese momento me sentí halagada y lo disfruté.
Me parece bueno que las personas que normalmente no vean lucha libre femenina igual apoyen esos combates. Me gusta mucho y me llena de alegría que independientemente de si es lucha libre femenina o masculina igual la disfruten. Que haya gente que no necesariamente consume habitualmente está dispuesta a disfrutarlo si se presenta la oportunidad.
Incluso cuando estoy en el stand de merchandising y se me acerca un fan a decirme que me animará la próxima vez en NOAH. Es algo que me hace muy feliz. Ver que la gente está abierta a nuevo producto.
Pep: ¡Qué bonito de verdad! Hay mucha presión de los fans para que se cree un GHC Women’s Championship. Sería genial verte competir ahí Miyuki. En caso se corone una primera Campeona.
Miyuki: Sí, yo también quiero definitivamente quedarme con el Campeonato si en algún momento lo crean. ¡Gracias por el apoyo!
Pep: Volviendo al 2024, año en el que nos encontramos actualmente. ¿Hay algún oponente que quieras enfrentar que todavía no hayas enfrentado?
Miyuki: No hay nada previsto pero un combate que me encantaría tener es contra Asuka de WWE. También conocida antes como Kana. Me haría muy feliz enfrentarla.
Pep: Sería un Dream Match si eso llegara a ocurrir. Actualmente hay muchos rumores sobre luchadoras de WWE. De que podrían aparecer en Marigold o en los productos de Cyberfight. Ya que hay un interés de Cyberfight, específicamente en NOAH, de trabajar más de cerca con WWE. Si Miyuki sigue trabajando con NOAH hay una posibilidad. Crucemos los dedos porque eso ocurra.
Miyuki: Sí, ojalá que eso ocurra. Quiero hacerlo. Realmente me haría muy feliz y mucha ilusión.
Pep: Continuando con el 2024, ¿tienes algún objetivo específico para lo que queda del año?
Miyuki: Este año no tengo muchos objetivos como luchadora individual. Pero como luchadora en equipo, actualmente hago equipo con 3 compañeras diferentes.
Los equipos son Luminous, Red Soul y Red Energy. Dentro de poco debutaré con una cuarta. Pero con una de las 3 en las que estoy actualmente aún no he ganado un Campeonato. Y eso es con Mika Iwata en Red Energy. Me encantaría ganar un Campeonato en Parejas como Red Energy.
Pep: Dijo Mika iwata, ¿no? ¡Perfecto! Eso sería en Sendai Girls. ¿Preferirías enfrentar a las actuales Campeones Ryo Mizunami y Manami o a la dupla de Mio Momono y Yuriko Oka?
Miyuki: Si me gustaría enfrentar a cualquiera, pero lo importante es ganar los Campeonatos.
Pep: Por último, Miyuki, tienes muchos fans que hablan en español. ¿Tienes algo mensaje que quieras compartir con tus fans en todo el mundo?
Miyuki: Es cierto que ya estuve en Europa y en América, pero solo fue en Estados Unidos e Inglaterra. No he estado en otros países en donde hablen otros idiomas. Pero si que me llegan muchos mensajes y apoyo de diferentes lugares. Lo agradezco mucho.

Pep: It’s a pleasure to have you with us. We wanted to ask you a couple of questions.
The first is about your beginnings. When did you decide to become a professional wrestler?
Miyuki: My debut was in 2017 but the first time I considered being a wrestler was three months before. I was at an Actwres girlZ show and they approached me and asked if I wanted to try wrestling. A wrestler at the time saw me and told me you seem to like it, why don’t you try it? And since then, I haven’t stopped.
Pep: Perfect! And we have seen you compete in different companies in Japan. Sure, you mentioned Actwres girlZ. But we have also seen you in Sendai Girls, in Pro Wrestling WAVE, Marvelous, PURE J, (Pro Wrestling) NOAH.
So, we wanted to ask about your vision of the local scene in Japan. Do you feel that there has been an evolution in your experience?
Miyuki: More than an evolution of what it was before and what it is currently, each company has a different audience. And that’s why you must focus on what each company specifically looks for from you.
For example, in Sendai Girls they always have a more professional image. That people know what they are going for. The public does not remain silent. They are always very loud encouraging the wrestlers. The entire setting and production looks more professional in the audience eyes. Everything looks very serious. The public wants to see wrestling at a higher level. People expect to see wrestling in the most powerful, strongest and most aggressive way possible.
And then other companies like Pro Wrestling WAVE are more family-friendly. People are going to laugh and have a good time. They don’t necessarily expect to see wrestling with a lot of action but rather a spectacle. You have to do something different in a show like that.
Many children go. Many entire families go. Even people who have never seen wrestling before go.
It is the wrestler’s job not only to grow as a wrestler but to adapt to what the public is asking for. That’s what I’ve seen the most. More than the scene evolving. Each company has a different thing. A different audience and it is your job as a wrestler to adapt to each scenario.
Pep: Perfect! It’s part of being a professional wrestler knowing that each company has a different approach. And, therefore, a different audience that you want to reach. The wrestler has to know how to adapt to what the public wants. It is an important reflection by Miyuki. Thank you very much for that!
We also wanted to know, of the many you had, what do you consider your favorite moment and favorite match of 2023?
Miyuki: My favorite moment and my favorite match from last year was when I competed in DPW against Emi Sakura. On that occasion I won the match and became Champion of the company. It was a very special moment for me.
Pep: Perfect! Thank you very much for mentioning precisely that moment because that links to my next question.
You began competing in 2022 in DPW, Deadlock Pro Wrestling, in the United States (America). In December of last year you defeated Emi Sakura in a match for the Women’s World Championship. How do you feel representing an American company as Champion?
Miyuki: Until now I had not realized that in this case I am the Champion in the United States and not only in Japan. That entails other different responsibilities, but it makes me very happy that a company there trusted me.
I’m glad I can carry the belt with me. Now I am always looking forward to when the next match will be there. I wonder who my next rival will be. It’s something that seems normal at first but when you think about it being on the other side of the world, it fills you with great joy. To think that you are not only showing your Japanese wrestling style to many fans who don’t know it. And you will also be able to see a lot of the country you are going to, which is a wonderful experience.
Pep: Great! In the end, wrestling is a cultural exchange. There are so many styles.
It is practiced in so many different forms in all countries of the world. And you as a person give a little of yourself to the company. And as Champion it is a give and take. Because the company allows you to show your skills as a wrestler to an audience that may not have known you. And at the same time you give visibility to the company since your fans who did not know the company before will know it.
If you can tell her about the last thing I mentioned. For example, in NOAH we see the wrestlers with their different belts. They are belts from different companies and countries. Especially the women’s wrestlers (Joshi). We have seen Miyuki with the 3 Championships. Takumi (Iroha) with the RCW Championship that is from Spain. That seems great to me for all parties involved.
Miyuki: Yes! That’s true.
Pep: The next question is that in the United States you also compete in Sukeban, a slightly different company. There you adopted the character of “Queen of Hearts”. What could you tell us about this experience?
Miyuki: The producer of the show in Sukeban is a big fan of anime and manga in general. He always wanted to look for Japanese wrestlers who had a different or striking visual style for their company.
And when I arrived at the company, before debuting, they told me that my wardrobe was very similar to that of the “Queen of Hearts.” Then, they started calling me “Queen of Hearts” and it stayed as my name in the company.
Pep: Well yes. That name suits Miyuki perfectly. The “Reina de Corazones” or “Queen of Hearts”.
In addition to the United States, last year you also competed for the first time in Europe. That was at (Pro Wrestling) EVE in the United Kingdom. You will return in June, but with Haruka Umesaki as Luminous. What are your expectations for this new tour in Europe?
Miyuki: When I’m wrestling alone I focus a lot on my strength and my strong movements. I am a powerful and strong wrestler. Haruka is faster and more technical. She likes that part of wrestling more. So, when we are together, we try to support and complement each other. When I need some speed or she needs some strength, we support each other.
Also, in our private lives we get along very well. We do things together. So, when we’re in the ring together. We know we’re going to have a good time. It’s more like a personal challenge. See who entertains more or who does it better. But deep down it is always about trying to enjoy it, since we get along very well together. I really want to be with her in Europe and for the fans to enjoy with us.
Pep: In fact, we have seen you a lot on SNS sharing moments together.
We recently saw you with a tiger at a zoo. Do you have any tourist plans planned for this visit to the United Kingdom?
Miyuki: I really like Harry Potter. We are going to be there just for one day. If I have time I would love to visit somewhere where scenes from the movie were filmed.
Pep: I hope you at least have time to go to King Cross station. There is a replica of the station 9 ¾ platform so you can take a photo.
Miyuki: Right, that’s the place where the photos are taken. Thank you!
Pep: Continuing through Europe, there are other countries where Japanese wrestlers have participated, such as Spain and France. Takumi Iroha is World Champion in Spain. Do you have any interest in competing in other European countries?
Miyuki: Yes. I would very much like to come to Spain. I have never been to any of those countries. And I know that there are many wrestlers out there that I would like to wrestle with.
Pep: Great! I hope we can see you here too. Now let’s go to the personal level. I wanted you to tell us what a normal day is like in the life of Miyuki Takase.
Miyuki: Well, it’s a day when I don’t have a scheduled match (laughing). Normally in the morning if I don’t have an injury or something else I wake up and train. Sometimes I get lazy, but I have to do it anyway (laughing).
Then, as soon as I’m done, I try to enjoy some of my free time. Play video games or watch a movie. Then, at noon, if I don’t have anything pending after eating, I try to spend my free time walking or playing with friends. Also some training to keep the body fresh. Stretching by examples. And if I have a match soon, especially an important match, I’m going to train wrestling.
And normally at night, I sit by the computer after dinner and start designing a little my merchandising. T-shirts, portraits, keychains and more.
Pep: Great! It’s a very full day. Because of what Miyuki has just revealed to us, we now know that she designs it. Not all wrestlers design their merchandising.
I think you mentioned watching movies, does that count as a hobby you like to do? Would you tell us what was the last movie you saw?
Miyuki: Yes! The last movie I watched was the most recent animated version of Conan (laughing).
Pep: Perfect! It’s something that many wrestlers have told me they do in their free time. They try to watch a movie or a series. It is something they can do at any time, and it entertains them.
Miyuki: Yes, in my case it is the same.
Pep: Do you have any other hobbies or anything you like to do in your free time? In addition to what was mentioned.
Miyuki: My hobby is snowboarding.
Pep: Oh okey! Sorry I don’t remember the geographical distribution in Japan. Can that be practiced in Osaka?
Miyuki: No, in Osaka you can’t (laughing). There is no snow there. What I do is take a bus because it is a fairly far away place that I have to go to practice it.
Pep: I understand you. That’s part of doing what we like. Sometimes it’s hard. Thank you so much for sharing it!
We’ve seen you compete most recently in Pro Wrestling NOAH. It is a company historically focused on men’s wrestling. But now we see that there are more matches and female stories. We saw you most recently in this rivalry with Great Sakuya and with Marigold. What could you tell us about your work at NOAH?
Miyuki: It’s true that the first time they told me to compete in NOAH I was surprised. I asked myself: Does NOAH do women’s wrestling? Is it something new or is it something temporary? The same happened to my opponent at the time. It started really slow.
But when the time came and I competed there, the public was cheering me on. They chanted “Takase! Takase!”. And I could tell they were really enjoying the match. They were paying attention. It wasn’t that they just watched it for the sake of it. From that moment on I felt flattered and enjoyed it.
I think it’s good that people who don’t normally watch women’s wrestling still support those matches. I like it a lot and it fills me with joy that regardless of whether it is women’s or men’s wrestling, they still enjoy it. That there are people who do not necessarily consume regularly are willing to enjoy it if the opportunity arises.
Even when I’m at the merch booth and a fan comes up to me and tells me they’ll cheer me on next time at NOAH. It’s something that makes me very happy. See that people are open to new product.
Pep: How nice it really is! There is a lot of pressure from fans to create a GHC Women’s Championship. It would be great to see you compete there Miyuki. In case a first Champion is crowned in a tournament.
Miyuki: Yes, I also definitely want to win the Championship if they ever create it. Thanks for the support!
Pep: Going back to 2024, the year we are currently in. Are there any opponents you want to face that you haven’t faced yet?
Miyuki: There is nothing planned but a match that I would love to have is against Asuka from WWE. Also formerly known as Kana. It would make me very happy to face her.
Pep: It would be a Dream Match if that were to happen. Currently there are many rumors about WWE wrestlers. That they could appear in Marigold or Cyberfight products. Since there is an interest from Cyberfight, specifically in NOAH, to work more closely with WWE. If Miyuki continues working with NOAH there is a possibility. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that happens.
Miyuki: Yes, I hope that happens. I want to do it. It would really make me very happy and very excited.
Pep: Continuing with 2024, do you have any specific objectives for the remainder of the year?
Miyuki: This year I don’t have many goals as a singles wrestler. But as a tag team wrestler, I currently team with 3 different partners. The teams are Luminous, Red Soul and Red Energy.
But with one of the 3 I’m currently in I haven’t won a Championship yet. And that’s with Mika Iwata at Red Energy. I would love to win a Tag Team Championship as Red Energy.
Pep: You said Mika iwata, right? Perfect! That would be in Sendai Girls. Would you prefer to face the current Champions Ryo Mizunami and Manami or the duo of Mio Momono and Yuriko Oka?
Miyuki: Yes, I would like to face anyone, but the important thing is to win the Championships.
Pep: Lastly, Miyuki, you have many fans who speak Spanish. Do you have a message you want to share with your fans around the world?
Miyuki: It is true that I have already been to Europe and America, but it was only in the United States and England. I have not been to other countries where they speak other languages. But I do receive many messages and support from different places. I appreciate it so much.
I’m trying really hard to visit other countries too. I appreciate all the support you give me on Instagram and on X (Twitter). I will do my best to see you all. Even in Japan, many people who speak Spanish support me.
