Reacciones al PPV WWE Evolution/ Como ya os hemos contado, WWE ha anunciado que el primer evento de pago por visión exclusivo para mujeres se llevará a cabo el domingo 28 de octubre desde el Nassau Coliseum en Long Island, Nueva York. “Hace tres años, los fans pidieron un cambio con el hashtag, #GiveDivasAChance, y empezó una evolución”, según Paul “Triple H” Levesque, vicepresidente ejecutivo de WWE, Talent, Live Events & Creative. “Desde entonces, nuestras Superestrellas femeninas han destacado en cada oportunidad que se les ha brindado, y no espero menos durante nuestro primer pay-per-view exclusivamente femenino”.
Estará presente todo el elenco femenino, incluyendo a Ronda Rousey™, Charlotte Flair®, la Campeona Femenina de WWE RAW Alexa Bliss ®, Sasha Banks ®, la Campeona Femenina de WWE Smackdown Live Carmella®, Nia Jax® y Asuka®, así como las integrantes del Salón de la Fama y Leyendas Trish Stratus®, Lita® y muchas más.
“Este histórico evento marca otro hito en la evolución de las mujeres de la WWE”, ha dicho Stephanie McMahon, jefa de la Marca WWE. “El protagonismo se ha vuelto más brillante para estas atléticas y talentosas mujeres, quienes una vez más ¡muestran al mundo que pueden romper barreras y crear su propio camino”.
Evolution contará con cuatro títulos en juego que son el WWE NXT UK Women’s Title, NXT Women’s Title, RAW Women’s Title y SmackDown Women’s Title. Las finales del torneo 2018 Mae Young Classic también se llevarán a cabo.
